Welcome to our online store for natural, organic, vegan, cruelty-free and eco-responsible cosmetics. By accessing and using our site, you fully and unreservedly accept these general terms of use (GTU).

2. Object
These terms and conditions define the terms of use of our site and the rights and obligations of users. They apply to anyone browsing, registering or making a purchase on our platform.
3. Site access
Access to our site is free and open to anyone with Internet access. However, certain functionalities, such as order tracking and purchase history, require the creation of a user account.
4. Orders and account creation
Purchases can be made with or without creating an account. By creating an account, you benefit from personalized tracking of your orders and access to your purchase history. If you order as a guest, you will be asked to provide accurate and up-to-date information with each order.
5. Products and orders
The products offered on our site are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify our catalog at any time. An order is considered valid after confirmation of payment.
6. Prices and payment
The prices displayed are in Swiss francs (CHF) by default and include the VAT applicable in Switzerland. Payment can be made using the methods offered on our website (credit card, paypal, etc.).
7. Delivery
We deliver to Switzerland and selected European countries. Delivery charges are payable by the customer. However, delivery is free for orders of CHF 100.00 or more within Switzerland and CHF 160.00 or more outside Switzerland. Delivery times vary according to destination. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Due to the nature of our products (creams, serums and body care products), returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Product received incorrectly (error on our part during shipping).
- Defective product, with confirmation of the defect by the manufacturer or supplier.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, no returns or refunds will be accepted if the product has been opened or used.
9. Responsibilities
We make every effort to ensure the reliability of the information on our site. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors and accept no responsibility for the use made of it.
10. Intellectual property
All content on our site (text, images, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction in whole or in part without authorization is prohibited.

12. Modification of the GCU
We reserve the right to modify these TOU at any time. The modifications will come into effect as soon as they are published on the site.

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Canton of Ticino.
