In mineral powder form, it contains no oil and lets the skin breathe. It reduces and conceals bluish, purplish and brown circles on European skin types, and is slightly more golden than Concealer Three, for a fresh, rested look. KayenneConcealer is applied before your foundation.

USE COUNCIL	Instructions for use We recommend using the Deluxe Concealer Brush to apply your mineral powder concealer. First, pour some powder into the lid – go slowly, you don't need much. Then use the brush to pick up the concealer. Finally, apply to the colored part of the dark circle, spreading well.
